Network  Administration



Network Administration provide Incident Management, Configuration Management and Operation Management of Local Area Networks/Wide Area Networks. The objective is to proactively manage the Network, maintaining a stable, consistent and reliable enterprise Network, thus enabling end-users to perform their activities effectively and efficiently.

 

The key elements that comprise the service offering would be:
   • Fault Management
   • Performance Management
   • Configuration / Change Management
   • Network asset Management
   • Accounting management
   • Management reports
   • Hardware and Software Maintenance
   • IP & DNS Management
   • Security Management


The Network Administration Services will be provided from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. per day, 6 days per week (excluding Sundays and public holidays) with after hour support as scheduled or by emergency beeper. MMe will provide Helpdesk coverage for trouble reporting 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Calls will be dispatched to the appropriate Third Party Provider or designated “after hours” contact point. MMe will coordinate, monitor and manage all repairs, installations and/or services provided by Third Party Providers.
