Role and Responsibility:
   • Answer customer query on various IT issues and requests
   • Work and liaise with internal and external units to provide solutions in respond to customer IT requests to achieve customer satisfaction

Qualification and Requirement:

   • 8+ working experience of technical support delivery in I.T. Industry and 3 years in supervisory level

Position: IT Specialist (HRR-ITS-01/2009-12) x3

Role and Responsibility:
   • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve customer IT technical issues, and suggest work around to eliminate the impact to customers' business
      and operation
   • Work with both internal and external incident stakeholders proactively and aggressively to identify root cause and resolution to cope with SLA

Qualification and Requirement:
   • University degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business administration, or other related disciplines and proficiency
      in I.T. solutions
   • 3+ year technical support experiences in I.T. Industry or an I.T. Organization
   • Possess IT certification such as MCP/MCSE and/or CNA/CCNP and/or CISA/CISSP
